The Grand Opening of the OBH Brookdale Campus Palliative Care Clinic!

We are thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the OBH Brookdale Campus Palliative Care Clinic, a beacon of compassion and support for individuals and families facing serious illnesses, starting April 2nd, 2024. 

The Clinic will be located at Station R, 2nd floor, CHC building, open from 1:00 – 4:00PM, every other Tuesday.
